A perpetual is a derivative that tracks the price of an asset and never expires. There is no settlement date: a position stays open until you close it or it is liquidated. A funding rate keeps the perp price close to the index.
A target universe of 10 leading crypto assets and 10 leading US stocks. A market is only tradable once it exists in the on-chain registry — the Markets page labels every entry as Target, Live or Paused.
No. A stock perp gives leveraged price exposure only. It is not a share, carries no voting rights or dividends, and is not redeemable for the underlying stock.
You choose a name, symbol and supply, and one transaction on Robinhood Chain creates a fixed-supply ERC-20 with the full supply minted to your wallet. The token contract has no mint, pause, blacklist or tax function. Every launch is recorded on-chain.
No. The launchpad is a separate product. Launching a token never lists it as a perpetual market — perps are limited to the curated target universe.
Trading uses the on-chain index price pushed to the oracle contract; trades are rejected when that price is stale. The prices shown on listing pages are key-free reference quotes (Coinbase Exchange for crypto, delayed Yahoo Finance for stocks), always labelled with their source and age.
Collateral sits in an on-chain vault whose only operator is the perp contract, frozen at deployment. RaizeMarkets never asks for a private key or seed phrase: every transaction is simulated first and then signed in your own wallet.
